For ranked divisions there are four splits per season, and you can join at any time. You join the highscore list as soon as you join, and private tournaments can be set up at any point.

Each player receives a rating from 1-10 based on over 100 data points from their match performances. You can find the full list in the rules section. Players who do not play receive 0 points.

How is my team's total score calculated?

Your team’s score is calculated as the average of your 11 starting players’ ratings. The captain’s rating is doubled, and the total score is divided by 12 to give an average rating between 0-10.

Which formations can I use?

You can use any of the following formations: 3-4-3, 3-5-2, 4-3-3, 4-4-2, 4-5-1, 5-4-1, or 5-3-2.

What happens if a player changes club?

If a player transfers to a club outside the Premier League, he can no longer score points. However, you can sell the player on the market.

How many clubs can I create?

You can only create one club per person. Multi-club ownership is prohibited at TransferTarget.

How does the player transfer market work?

You have a budget of 125 million to buy a squad with at least 18 players. You can have a maximum of 4 players from the same team. Player values change dynamically based on performances and popularity. There is a 5% transfer fee when selling outside of set transfer windows.

What happens if a player plays two matches in one round?

If a player has two matches in one round, the score from his best performance counts. If the player only plays one of the matches, that score applies.

Can I create a private tournament with friends?

Yes, you can create private tournaments. These require an invitation code, which is given to the owner when the tournament is created.

How does the tournament format work?

The tournament is run in a head-to-head league format. Each week you’re matched with a new opponent. A win earns 3 points, a draw earns 1 point.

How do I win?

You win by achieving the highest average rating per round compared to your opponents. The better your players perform, the higher your rating.
