The 30-day Pro trial included with new accounts does not require payment details or a payment authorisation. We record the trial start and end dates to manage access. If you later purchase Pro, we process the subscription and payment information needed to provide access, administer billing and handle support.

Billing and transaction data are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting legislation (e.g., 5 years under Danish bookkeeping law), even if you close your account before then.
