Use of this website and its features, as well as all material and information obtained from the website, is at your own risk. transfertarget.com expressly disclaims all liability and any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

transfertarget.com is not liable for any malfunction of the website or its software, data loss, service delays, failed deliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or integrity of any information obtained from the website, nor for the consequences of any viruses originating from our servers. transfertarget.com is not liable for any costs, loss of profit, or other damages resulting from use of or inability to access the site.

You agree to indemnify transfertarget.com against all claims, costs, data loss, or other damages resulting from any breach of these terms by you.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, retransmit, forward, or distribute any material from this website, including the underlying code and software, without express permission.

You may only use content from this website for personal and non-commercial purposes, such as viewing or printing individual pages for private use. Unauthorized use of any names, trademarks, or materials will result in liability for damages.

3. transfertarget.com’s Rights and Responsibilities

transfertarget.com will make reasonable efforts to ensure the website and its features are accessible at all times and that the content provided is accurate, up to date, and free from errors. However, we do not guarantee this.

transfertarget.com reserves the right to suspend any services or user accounts at any time and without notice.

transfertarget.com also reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and all rights herein shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Danish law. You and transfertarget.com agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent, and all remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

Failure by transfertarget.com to enforce any right or provision in these terms does not constitute a waiver unless acknowledged in writing.

No Gambling, Entry Fees or Prizes

TransferTarget is a free-to-play fantasy football management and entertainment game. No payment or purchase is required to create a club, participate in the game, compete in divisions or private leagues, earn points, obtain a ranking, or be declared a winner.

TransferTarget does not offer or award cash prizes, physical prizes, gift cards, credits redeemable for value, or any other monetary or material prize.

TransferTarget does not support betting, wagering, paid entry into competitions, prize pools, deposits, withdrawals or cash-out functionality. Users must not use TransferTarget or its private-league functionality to organise or facilitate gambling, wagering, paid-entry competitions or prize pools.

TransferTarget Pro is an optional subscription for access to information, analytics and convenience features. Pro does not affect scoring, rankings, competition outcomes or eligibility to participate.

Terms for Game Participation

1. Profiles and Team Names

transfertarget.com reserves the right to edit or reject any profile or team name that may be considered offensive or inappropriate. This includes commercial names or names used for media exploitation.

2. Club Limitation

Each individual is only allowed to create one club.

3. Determining the Winner

The winner is the team with the highest score at the end of the game. In the event of a tie, the team that was created first will be considered the winner.

4. Cancellation of the Game

transfertarget.com reserves the right to cancel an ongoing fantasy game in exceptional circumstances.

5. Disputes and Uncertainty

In case of doubt or disagreement regarding the rules, transfertarget.com reserves the right to interpret the rules and make a final decision at its sole discretion.

If unforeseen circumstances or disruptions (such as those caused by COVID-19) affect the progress of the sports event, transfertarget.com will determine the best way to complete or resolve the competition.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential. Users must notify transfertarget.com immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account. Users are also responsible for logging out after use to prevent unauthorized access.

7. Disclaimer (Game Data)

transfertarget.com disclaims all responsibility for any loss of data or changes in user rankings caused by downtime or technical issues.

Terms for TransferTarget Pro (Paid Subscription)

1. What the Subscription Includes

TransferTarget Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features, currently: predicted lineups for your own squad including substitutions and formation changes, predicted lineups for every Premier League team including the ability to buy players from that view, and market buy/sell trend data. Pro does not affect scoring, rankings, or any competitive element of the game - it provides information and convenience only. Pro is delivered digitally through your account. Trial access starts when your account is created. Paid access starts when payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.

We may add, change, or remove individual Pro features over time as the game develops. If we remove a significant part of what the subscription offers, we will notify subscribers in advance.

2. Price and Currency

Monthly and annual prices are published in our Pro pricing section. Before purchase, we show the total price, transaction currency and billing interval. Annual plans are charged as one annual payment. Displayed consumer prices include applicable VAT.

3. Free Trial

Every new TransferTarget account automatically receives 30 days of Pro access free of charge. No payment card or payment authorisation is required. The trial ends automatically after 30 days, and your account continues on the free plan. You do not need to cancel the trial and will not be charged when it ends. To continue using Pro, you must actively choose and purchase a paid subscription. The free trial is available once per person.

4. Automatic Renewal

A paid subscription starts only when you actively purchase it. The first payment is taken at purchase. Your chosen monthly or annual plan then renews automatically at the price and interval shown before purchase, until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, which opens our payment provider's secure portal. Additionally, cancel at any time by emailing hello@transfertarget.com with your account email. We confirm by email. Pro remains available until the paid period ends, with no further renewals. Cancellation does not normally entitle you to a partial refund, except where required by law.

6. Right of Withdrawal

To request a refund or withdraw, email hello@transfertarget.com with your account email. EU/EEA consumers normally have 14 days from entering into the paid subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Starting access does not, by itself, waive this right. The free trial creates no paid subscription contract.

Withdrawal and refunds are handled under applicable consumer law, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and legally permitted. Contact us about incorrect charges or failure to provide Pro. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Price Changes

We may change the subscription price. Existing subscribers will be notified by email in reasonable time before a change takes effect, and the new price will only apply from your next renewal, so you can cancel beforehand if you do not wish to continue.

8. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider will retry it over a limited period and may contact you to update your payment details. If payment ultimately cannot be collected, the subscription ends and access to Pro features is removed. Your game account itself is unaffected. This also applies to the first charge after a free trial.

9. Payments and Card Details

Paid Pro subscriptions require a separate purchase. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout when paid subscriptions become available. TransferTarget ApS is responsible for the service, support, cancellations and refunds. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy for details.

10. Termination and Availability

We may suspend or terminate a subscription in the event of misuse of the service or breach of these terms. If we discontinue TransferTarget Pro entirely, we will stop further renewals and let existing subscriptions run to the end of the period already paid for. The disclaimers in the sections above apply equally to paid features.
